About Christine

Coached by someone who's stood where you're standing

I'm a UESCA-certified running coach and a nutritional advisor trained through the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), coaching runners across half marathons, marathons and ultras up to 100km, on road and trail.

If you've got a busy life (work, family, everything in between) and struggle with consistency, recovery, or knowing what to eat around training, this coaching is built for you. Every plan considers your whole life, not just your weekly mileage.

Fuelling trips a lot of runners up. Not sure what to eat around training? Running out of energy mid-run, or hitting the wall on race day? That's exactly what we fix, with smart nutrition and a proper race-day fuelling plan.

Based between Hanoi, Vietnam and Liverpool, UK, I coach clients worldwide, fully online. When I'm not coaching, I'm training for my own next race, or in the kitchen cooking up something to keep myself properly fuelled.

And you don't need a race on the calendar to work with a coach. Consistency, structure and better fuelling help any runner, race or no race.

What's getting in the way

You don't need to run more. You need a plan that fits.

We build a plan around your life: training, fuelling and race strategy together, so running adds to your life instead of taking it over.
